What you will do:
- Lead the Project Management Team: Oversee, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers to ensure flawless execution of marketing and social media initiatives
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and refine processes to optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high-quality deliverables
- Client Partnership: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, paid media, analytics) to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement best practices to improve team performance, project timelines, and overall operational efficiency
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, team performance, and key metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other team leads to align project strategies with overall agency goals
- Hands-On Leadership: Step in and actively support project work when needed—whether to cover for team members or to ensure project goals are met
- On-Site Engagement: Visit clients on-site frequently, building strong relationships and ensuring our presence and commitment are felt
What we expect:
- Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in a (marketing) agency environment
- Strong Organizational Skills: Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
